Registration
To enrol in courses and open classes, please email us the following information to larry@fuyoproductions.com or click HERE for our online form.
- Full Name & NRIC Number (Foreign Identification Number) of each interested student,
- Contact Number & Email Address,
- Interested Courses / Open Classes.
No registration fees required.
Payment
Full Course fees are payable at the end of 1st lesson. Payment can be made by cash or cheque, and are not subjected to local GST charges. Crossed cheques should be made payable to "LIU ZHANYAO".
Attendance
If a class is missed, there will not be any makeup replacement lessons nor refunds made.
Class Cancellation
Should there be insufficient number of students in a course / open class, or any other unforeseen circumstances, courses / open classes will be cancelled and postponed til a later date. |
