CLASS DESCRIPTION

BBOYING
Often looked upon as a 'bone-breaking' activity, B-boying (commonly known as Breakdancing) is a dance less ventured by most. Under professional supervision and guidance, students with little or no experience can get to learn proper technique and foundation, and still have fun within their comfort zone. Covering Toprocks, Footwork, Freezes and Powermoves, each lesson will leave students wanting more and literally reaching for the sky.

-Beginner Level-
For students who wish to know more of the basic technique and foundations of Bboying. Course covers basic toprock, footwork and freezes. Pace of lesson is dependant on overall cohort of the class, thus able to cater to all Beginner students with or without prior experience in bboying.

-Intermediate Level-
Venturing at a faster pace, Intermediate lessons require students to have a minimal understand and control of basic techniques. Basic variations and extensions are taught during this course, together with minimal choreography. Cyphers are common, ensuring students utilise techniques well.

-Advance Level-
At a competitive level, Bboying Advance Open classes are taught at a very fast pace, with emphasis on individual style, flavour and most importantly technique. Classes are open, thus expect a very technical and challenging curriculum from each lesson.

-Powermoves Level-
Strictly Only Powermoves (Spin moves). Basic Swipes, Windmills, Flares and combinations are taught in this course. Drills revolve around basics techniques to better prep students for powermoves. Other powermoves includes: Jackhammers, UFOs, 1990s, 2000s and Airflares.

LOCKING
-Beginner Level-
Students will be taught the main basics of locking. Along with technical basics, students will also be learning how to have a strong foundation before proceeding to the next level.

-Advance Beginner Level-
Known as the 'extension of Beginner Course', Advance Beginner Level is for students who wish to continue on a more basic pace before proceeding to Intermediate classes.

Along with foundation, a musicality is strongly emphasized in Advance Beginner Course. Students are also taught variations and extension, along with the art of freestyling and combining basic techniques. Students are recommended to start from the Beginner Course.

HIP HOP
Funky grooves and energetic moves, our Instructors hit their classes with crisp, sharp choreography. Starting slow, this lesson revolves around slow isolations and slick slides alike those of Ne-Yo and J.T to heavy hits and bounce technique.

Come dressed in your favourite street style and bounce your nights away.

-Beginner Level-
For students with little or no prior experience, Hip Hop Beginner starts of students with the basic technique such as isolations, groove, bounce, and attitude. Progressing at a comfortable pace, students get to enjoy learning basic techniques and applying them into simple choreography

BEATBOXING
Ever tried explaining to a friend how your favourite tune sounded like? Or wondered how is it possible to sound like a Disc Jockey, spinning away at his records? From live percussion bands to jazzy trumpets, learn the basics and passion behind Beat-boxing with our Instructors.

Enjoy vocal lessons with a twist, and start your road to becoming a One-Man band, with the basics and foundations of Beat-boxing.

AROMA PILATES
A unique mat work class taught according to the principles of Pilates. Conducted during the refreshing mornings, Aroma Pilates merges the serenity of Aroma Therapy and gracefulness of Pilates workouts. Gently strengthening the core abdominals and back muscles, this quiet and peaceful exercise helps to ease injuries and stress related, while aromas fill everyone and refreshes their mind.

DANCE MARATHON
Nifty footwork and MTV grooves, Dance Marathon classes never fails to burn away unwanted calories. Filled with non-stop, fast-paced yet easy to follow steps, together with the latest Pop music, classes offers a fun and effective, sometimes even interactive, experience for anyone looking to improve their coordination with a fantastic cardio workout and awesome music!
